Retreats
Being on retreat is ideal for spending time away from the concerns and demands of everyday routines and free from distractions, in a quiet setting. Whether the retreat is 3 or 8 or more days, it is invaluable to be able to sit in a secluded, beautiful place and just study and meditate. It is a great gift to yourself to be able to do this with a gifted teacher such as Khenpo Ngawang Dhamchoe.
Pre-registration is essential for all retreats (email info@drogmi.org; for payment options see Programme bookings and online payments).

Vajrasattva is the deity that embodies the purification powers of all the Buddhas and for this reason is a great practice to undertake leading into the New Year.
The Medicine Buddha practice, the Supreme Healer, is not only a very powerful method for healing and increasing healing powers both for self and others, but also for overcoming the inner sickness such as our negativity, attachment, ignorance etc. Thus Medicine Buddha can help to decrease our physical and mental illness and suffering.
