His Eminence Luding Khen Rinpoche - White Mahakala retreat and puja, October 2005
His Eminence Luding Khen Rinpoche visited the Retreat Centre during his first visit to Australia in 2005. We were blessed to have him bestow White Mahakala initiation during the annual Shamatha retreat. This was followed by the sadhana teaching and fire puja, thus being a very complete event, having all three parts - initiation, teaching and fire puja.
White Mahakala is an emanation of Avolakasura and is one of the most powerful wealth deities. Through the practice and fire puja one can prosper greatly both spiritually and physically.
