Ngondro Retreat, April 2016

This weekend on the 15th April the very successful Ngondro Retreat was held at Kamalashila Tibetan Buddhist Centre. It was lead by Inge Riebe. Inge gave very detailed instructions on the Four common preliminary practices we undertake to create the right motivation to practice the Four uncommon preliminary practices. She gave a very clear instruction on the Refuge practice, and loving kindness, compassion and the enlightenment thought. Lama Kalsang gave teaching on prostrations, the meaning and benefit of them. He then gave a practical teaching on actually how to do prostrations.

Thank you Lama la. A big thank you to Inge, for giving your time and knowledge to the participants this weekend. Your enthusiasm and willingness to share your knowledge was so much appreciated by all who came. The weekend was very special.
